About the Author

Geri Leek Owen was born August 27th 1958 in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She resided there till she was around the age of 8 years old when the family unit moved to Southern Illinois. She has lived in Illinois all her life but has, like the characters of her book Ocean Village, a drawing to the coastal area and the ocean.

She is a born again Christian with strong grounding in the Baptist Faith. She has two children, Robbie and Lauren Edwards and two grandchildren Staley Lynn Alvis and Vedder Acey Mount.

Ocean Village: A Love Story We've All Dreamed of has been a huge success! In this 1st story of 4 in the series, we are introduced to the ol' sailor. Continue with his journey in the second book of the Ocean Village Series.

“The Jonah Boyd Finnegan Story.”
